Summer Reading List

I recently started watching a new show on Netflix and I just really wasn’t interested in it. But I felt like I had to watch it to relax. I found myself on my phone 95% of the time and just not being productive in my down time. So Im trying to either read a book a week or read 30 minutes a day. Who knows how that will go but I feel like it will take my attention and I will feel like Im having downtime so I complied a summer reading list and I want share them with you! PLEASE give me suggestions! I love hearing what you guys are reading!

Rest of the Story - Sarah Dessen was the first author I ever fell in love with when I was younger. I think Ive read every book that she has come out with since and her stories are usually simple of young love. But I love them all the same and I can’t wait to read this one.

A Spark of Light - Jodi Picoult was the first “adult author” I feel in love with. I love the timely subject matters she picks, I love that theres always a twist and I feel like I never quiet see them coming. Im excited to dive into this one!

Ghosted - I just started this one and Im hooked already. I love that its a romace book with a thrilled twist to it. I’ll report back how I end up liking it.

City Of Girls - I saw a quote about this book from Elizabeth Gilbert when she was on the Armchair Expert Podcast and I believe I saw a quote about “about a young woman discovering that you don’t have to be a good girl to be a good person” and I was like sold let me read this.

All we Ever Wanted - I like stories where lives entertained so this sounded right up my ally.

Nine Perfect Strangers - I think Laine Moriarty is a great writer and I have liked all of her book previously. I like the idea of the rich and famous at a resort sorting out their feelings I have a good inkling on this one.

The Queen of Hearts - I 100% picked this up cause of the cover. I started it and then just got sided tracked but I love the start of the two women and their different story telling. I can’t wait to really dig into it.

PS I rent all my books online through my library, a little money saving tip! Sometimes I have to wait for them to become avaliable but lets be honest theres always another book to read!

Tell me have you read any of these books? What do you recommend?
