Simply Taylor Cookbook

I recently purchased @simplytaylorblog's cookbook, Real Food, Real Simple: 80 Delicious Paleo-Friendly, Gluten-Free Recipes in 5 Steps or Less and I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys!

So H and I don't follow any certain diet, the only things we really restrict is cheese, I seriously use to just inhale cheese it was gross, but we have been trying to eat a lot healthier!

First Impressions: I loved this cookbook, there was a ton of variety, some things we currently make and a few out of my comfort zone. 

This is exactly what I was looking for, something healthy, fun and not like every recipe included kale. I will have to say when I'm in a pinch, I use gluten products and the recipe comes out just as good in my mind. 

A few of my favorite recipes are the Frittata, Mexican Fiesta Skillet, Hawaiian Beef Burgers with Pineapple and Avocado, Summer Zucchini Noodles with Cantaloupe, Turkey Sausage and Lemon Sauce, Colorful Pineapple Slaw, Everyday Granola, & Chunky Chocolate Cookies. 

Despite the long names that can seem intimidating at times the recipes are very simple and easy to follow along! 

Recommendation: Buy this! Especially if you do follow a diet like this.  My sister and brother in law are gluten free and dairy free.  It's so nice to have this recipe book so I can find something that we will all like! It's usually on sale through Amazon, and I love supporting another Ohio Boss Lady!
